Bolero-Skelett

Roman Signer, Hornroh Modern Alphorn Trio

POSTPONED
POSTPONED

We regret to announce that the performance "Bolero-Skelett" by Roman Signer, originally scheduled for Sunday, September 17th at Seiser Alm / Alpe di Siusi, has been postponed to next year's edition of Transart (September 2024). This decision was made due to unforeseen technical challenges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and extend our gratitude for your understanding.

In the heart of this UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, amidst the breathtaking scenery of the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm, join us for an afternoon of multi-sensory experiences, in which the emotions of this extraordinary landscape and music merge and grow. What better place than a natural stage for a choral performance of the alphorn? Transart invites South Tyrolean alphorn players to join the Hornroh Modern Alphorn Trio for this high-altitude concert. Their performance will be followed by a world premiere of a work by Swiss artist Roman Signer, who returns to Transart to realise a new and quite literally explosive music project. Bolero-Skelett is Signer's personal reinterpretation of Maurice Ravel's Bolero composition. The artist's focus is entirely on the rhythmic skeleton of this piece, which he reworks and highlights in all its power.
