Let’s sit together!

With the sessions and Picnics, the MUSEION Art Club invites creatives from the region to share and further develop their practices, experiences, and activities in NOBODY’S VILLAGE within three thematic blocks. Visitors and those interested can participate in the public sessions, learn about various forms of creative work, and actively contribute to shaping them. The Picnics serve as the final moment where, through shared time, food, drink, and conversation, the experiences from the sessions are revisited and presented once more.

Session: PRIDE IS (AS) A BODY #1

with Centaurus and Lilli Krueger, Marea de Vagabondage, Natasha Onika

September 17, 17:30—21:00

Have you ever observed the great divas of show business with rapture? Felt such admiration that you wanted to join them, even surpass them? Centaurus proposes a special collaboration with three much-loved local artists: Lilli, Marea and Natasha! The event will occupy a couple of hours in the company of the trio amidst chats, beauty secrets and the tricks of the trade, moving between three themed salons: make-up, hairdressing and show. This will not only be a moment of entertainment and involvement with those present, but also a moment to reflect on the personal story of each of them... the struggles in establishing themselves not only as performers, but also as active members representing the LGBTQ+ community in South Tyrol. The session will therefore be an intimate setting to get to know better not only drag art, but also those who embody it: a meeting between queens; activists; friends... and their magnificent audience! And who knows, maybe someone will be able to be transformed into one of them for a few moments. The evening will be concluded with a performance.

Session: PRIDE IS (AS) A BODY #2

with Alto Adige Pride Südtirol

September 18, 16:30—20:30

What do we mean by a non-conforming body? What does it not conform to? Does a non-conforming body deviate from the norm, or does it challenge it? Starting from these and other questions, we will reflect with those present on what it means today to have a "mutant," considered dysphoric, and "non-conforming" body in society, and what new narratives we create in a world filled with highly regulated spaces. In conversation with Alessia Tuselli (research fellow at the University of Trento and author of "Fundamentali. Stories of Athletes Who Changed the Game" and "Sportive: The Match for Equality"), we will focus on the world of sports, also connecting to the many issues that emerged during the last Olympics. In dialogue with Alto Adige Pride Südtirol and Centaurus, we will explore how these themes relate to the school environment. Often, school is the first place where we become aware of ourselves and our differences. What narratives are being promoted within educational systems, both actively and passively? The discussion will be accompanied by a creative activity curated by art therapists Rita Mentzel and Ulrike Hoffman, in which every participant can contribute. The final part of the meeting will be dedicated to assembling the pieces created by each person.

PICNIC: PRIDE IS (AS) A BODY

September 19, 18:00—20:00

Food by Ollerhond Selbergmochts
The Picnic will serve as the actual meeting point between the organizations and the individual workshops/sessions. All have the major goal to inform and raise awareness for the issues for which they are fighting, and this will be a key moment to bring the participants closer to Transart and to encourage them to contribute to a common good. From 6 to 8 PM, we will hold a talk (with contributions from directors and performers) about the achievements of the community and the importance of Pride in our region. We are also pleased to announce that Pride is confirmed for Saturday, June 28, 2025!

Alto Adige Pride Südtirol Association was founded at the end of 2023 by part of the queer community in South Tyrol. The aim is to work together as LGBTQIA+ individuals, communities and stakeholders to create an accessible, public and unifying path - the Road to Pride - throughout South Tyrol. We are pleased to announce that Pride Day will take place on 28 June 2025 in memory of the Stonewall riots of 28 June 1969.

Centaurus Arcigay Alto Adige Südtirol ODV is the leading association for LGBTQIA+ people in South Tyrol: it advocates for their wellbeing, the recognition of civil rights and fights against any discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. The association is independent, non-partisan, a-confessional, anti-racist, intersectional, anti-fascist and works on a non-profit basis.
